Wusthof 3102 Classic Soft Cheese Knife
The WÜSTHOF Soft Cheese Knife in the Classic series is designed specifically to cut soft cheeses, such as brie, camembert, roquefort, etc. The lightly curved 4-1/2″ (14 cm) blade has four stylish round cut-outs to limit the adhesion of soft cheeses. The blade and tang are one-piece hot drop forged.
Wusthof 3103 Classic Cheese Knife Fork Tip
This Classic Cheese Knife in the Classic series has a 5″ (13 cm) blade with a forked tip and a black, riveted handle. The forked tip of the blade is traditionally used to pick up and serve the cheese slices. The blade and tang are one-piece hot drop forged. This knife was designed especially for hard cheeses.

The WÜSTHOF Classic Sheepsfoot Paring Knife is a European-style paring knife with a black triple-riveted handle. Its blade length is 3-1/2″ (8 cm). This knife provides close control while decorating and is also good for peeling, paring, mincing, and dicing.
Wusthof 4003 Classic Paring Serrated 3-1/2″
This WÜSTHOF Classic Paring Knife has a serrated / scalloped blade and black triple-riveted handle. Its blade of length 3-1/2″ (8 cm) is specially good for cutting items that are hard/crusty on the outside and soft on the inside (bread, sausage, salami, bagels, tomatoes) without crushing the interior. It can also be used for paring and peeling jobs.
Wusthof 4062 Classic Peeling Knife 3″
This WÜSTHOF Classic Tornè Peeling Knife (bird’s beak knife) has a black, triple-riveted handle and a drop point blade with 3″ length (7 cm). This knife is very good for peeling fruits and vegetables because the cutting edge (on the inside of the curve) fits so neatly around anything with a round shape.
Wusthof 4066-10 Classic Paring Knife 4″
This WÜSTHOF Classic Paring Knife has a spear point and a black triple-riveted handle. With a blade length is 4″ (10 cm), this slightly larger paring knife is an equally versatile small knife for paring, peeling, trimming, and dicing fruits and vegetables.
Wusthof 4066-9 Classic Paring Knife 3-1/2″
The WÜSTHOF Classic Paring Knife has a spear point and a black triple-riveted handle. With a blade length is 3-1/2″ (9 cm), the traditional size and style of this paring knife is the most frequently used for food preparation. Very versatile for paring, peeling, trimming, and dicing fruits and vegetables. Forged blade, made in Solingen Germany.
Wusthof 4109 Classic Tomato Knife 5″
The WÜSTHOF Classic Tomato Knife has a serrated edge and a black, triple-riveted handle. Its blade length is 5″. The traditional forked end is for serving the tomato slices. A serrated edge is excellent for cutting any food that is hard/crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, such as salami, sausage, bagels, bread, etc.
Wusthof 4110 Classic Sausage / Brunch Knife 5″
The WÜSTHOF Classic Sausage / Brunch Knife has a serrated edge and a black, triple-riveted handle. The 5″ blade has a serrated edge, which is excellent for cutting any food that is hard/crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, such as tomatoes, salami, sausage, bagels, bread, etc. This medium-sized serrated knife differs from the others only in the tip, which is a matter of personal preference.
Wusthof 4149 Classic Bread Knife 8″
The WÜSTHOF Classic Bread Knife has a black triple-riveted handle and a blade length of 8″. Only a blade with a serrated (scalloped) edge slices easily through crisp or crunchy bread crusts, and also crusty pot roasts. A good quality bread knife thinly slices warm bread straight from the oven — hard on the outside, soft on the inside. A serrated edge will also cut meat, of course, but will not produce as even a slice as a carving knife.
