Acorn Nut Screw CPB316 has a 3/16″ diameter head. This three-piece rivet gives an extra finished appearance. The threaded rod measures 3/4″ long, and each nut measures 3/8″ long. When screwed together, the whole rivet measures approximately between an inch and 1-1/8″.

The three-part assembly allows you to pass the threaded rod precisely through your knife tang hole and handle material.
This allows the larger radius of the heads to create a pinch point on both sides of the handle material. Tightening the nuts together produces a secure hold. Once the threaded heads have been tightened, they can be sanded to a flush finish with the handle surface.
