This Dexter-Russell 04143 Fish Splitter Knife has a 12″ blade. It also has a white Sani-Safe® handle. The “Grip-Tex” handle is slip-resistant.  It also withstands high and low temperatures. Dexter Russell product number is S112-12H.

Sani-Safe® professional cutlery is NSF certified. There is a waterproof sanitary seal between the blade and handle. The blade is stain resistant, high-carbon steel. The super-sharp edges are hand-ground and honed.
