The Dremel 85622 Silicon Carbide Grinding Stone is designed to work well on stone, glass, ceramics, porcelain and non-ferrous metals. Do not run in excess of 35,000 RPM. Always wear safety glasses.

Dremel silicon carbide stones are blue/green in color. Applications include smoothing a rough edge on a drinking glass. It is also good for deburring a ceramic piece. And finally as an alternative to a diamond engraving bit when etching glass.

The bit diameter is 12.7 mm. The disc size is 1/2 inch. The shank diameter is 0.125. The RPM is 35,000
