JZ-MI642 Black/Red Linen Micarta Scales come from Jantz Supply. The scales have alternating black and red colors. Each layer of the scale is 1/32″ thick. These are for build-it-yourself knife making. Each scale measures 1/4″ x 1-1/2″ x 10″. This is a very durable linen weave material. Scales buff to a fine polish. As a matter of fact, the finished handle will have the appearance of a ‘zebra’ effect.
