Wasa Wasa 97-512 Gold Sewing Cornucopia have gold-plated handles with an elaborate Cornucopia pattern. The fine points are nickel-plated. This is an excellent scissors for intricate cutting. This includes embroidery and fine needlework. In addition, they measure 5-1/2″ in total length. Heimerdinger imports these directly from Waldmin and Saams in Solingen, Germany.

The Wasa 97-512 Gold Sewing Cornucopia are forged. Forging makes them strong but also durable. Additionally, forging makes the metal harder so the scissors will stay sharp longer. Finally forged scissors are less bulky. These are decorative yet functional.  Therefore, they will provide you with many years of beautiful service.

Initials can be etched onto the scissor’s blades or the shank. The font size depends on the size of the scissors. The engraver will make that decision. We have only one type face available.
