CARING FOR YOUR CARBON BLADE KNIFE

Equally important cutting strength is better with a carbon steel knife. Likewise sharpening is also much easier. However, carbon has a low resistance to corrosion caused by moisture. The best ways to use and store your carbon knives are important.

Therefore that means that certain measures are necessary when using and storing carbon knives: First, avoid leaving your knife in damp environments for too long. Second, place a little food grade mineral oil on all metal parts regularly. Finally, thoroughly dry the blade using a dry cloth after each use.

Moreover, Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
