Jeanine Moneypenny started Moss Hill in Louisville, Kentucky.  She wanted to make homemade gifts for her family and friends. After 10 years she decided to invite a friend she had known since 1976 top become a partner.  Later, Teri Amsler said yes to becoming a part of Moss Hill. They began selling their products at the local Butchertown Market and St. James Art Fair.

The business grew and additionally, more family became involved. In 2021, Jeanine decided to step down, and therefore Teri’s daughter Devon and daughter-in-law Lyn became involved.

All of Moss Hill’s products are made in small batches. They use their very own recipes.
