The Lansky LKC03 Standard Knife Sharpening System is the basic sharpening system for everyday sharpening tasks. This sharpening system includes several items.

There is a multi-angle knife clamp that can be turned over. There are three sharpening oil stones, a coarse, medium, and fine which are on safety holders. The three guide rods for each stone are also included. The system also includes a bottle of honing oil and finally extra-long knife clamp screws.

The storage case holds all the system components. The case is also for carrying.  It also includes easy to follow instructions. Maintaining a consistent and correct angle on a traditional honing stone can be challenging, but the patented Lansky system makes it easy for you to get the exact angle you need for a professional edge on every knife.

The Lansky system uses a clamp and honing stone guide that creates an exact stone-to-knife angle with each pass of the stone over the knife edge. This angle can be adjusted to 30, 25, 20 or 17 degrees by using the appropriate honing rod guide hole attached to the knife clamp.

The handy thumb screw adjustment provides secure and exact blade positioning. Furthermore, the patented aircraft grade aluminum multi angle knife clamp is symmetrical in design. This, therefore, provides uniform sharpening angles when sharpening both sides of the blade. The hole to mount the clamp allows rotation for easy sharpening.
