The Dexter-Russell 55231 Mixing Knife has a 6″ flexible blade. The handle measures 3-3/4″  The handle is rosewood. The whole knife measures 10″ in overall length.  This is a carbon knife so be sure to wash and thoroughly dry after each use to prevent rusting. The Dexter number is 5386-6.
